What is fertility therapy?

Therapy that already speaks the language of your treatment.

Fertility therapy is mental health care delivered by a clinician trained in reproductive medicine and its emotional weight. You arrive and begin where you actually are, not at an explanation of what a transfer is.

What sessions look like

01
A consultation, not an intake marathon

A short conversation about where you are and what you need, and an honest answer about whether we're the right fit.

02
Work that flexes with your cycle

Some weeks are about coping with a specific appointment. Others are about grief, identity, your relationship, or your job.

03
Individuals and couples

Treatment rarely lands the same way on two partners. We work with one or both of you, depending on what the situation needs.

04
Coordination when it helps

With your consent, we can communicate with your clinic, and we can complete evaluations required for third-party reproduction.

Who we see

People beginning to wonder whether something is wrong. People deep in medicated cycles. People carrying a loss no one else knew about. People pregnant again and afraid to enjoy it. People deciding when to stop.

What this isn't

We don't give medical advice or second opinions on your protocol, and we won't tell you to relax. We are the mental health part of your care team, working alongside your clinic.

Start with a consultation.

Let's connect to see if we're the right fit for where you are right now and where you want to go.
