1. No Therapist-Client Relationship
Using this website does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and any clinician at Fertility Therapy Collective. A formal therapeutic relationship begins only after a signed informed consent agreement and completion of the intake process. Until that time, no therapist-client relationship exists, and no confidentiality obligations apply to communications made through this website.
If you are looking to start therapy, please request a consultation — that's the first step.
2. Educational Content Only
The information on this website — including blog posts, clinician bios, and service descriptions — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed therapist.

4. Telehealth Scope and Geographic Limitations
Fertility Therapy Collective clinicians are licensed to provide telehealth therapy services to residents of New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania only, and each individual clinician is only licensed in the specific states listed on their bio page. Visiting this website does not constitute receiving services and imposes no geographic restriction, but therapy services are only available to individuals physically located in an applicable licensed state during sessions.
All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. In-person sessions are not available.
5. Booking and Cancellation
Consultation requests submitted through this website are used to connect you with the right clinician; scheduling and any subsequent bookings are then managed directly with that clinician. By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies provided at the time of booking. Specific fee and cancellation policies will be outlined during the intake process and in your informed consent agreement.
Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee as described in your consent documentation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including written text, blog posts, images, and design — is owned by Fertility Therapy Collective and protected by copyright. You may share links to this content, quote brief excerpts with proper attribution, or print pages for personal use. Reproducing or republishing substantial portions of this content without written permission is not permitted.
