She believes healing happens when you feel safe, respected, and truly understood - and nowhere is that more true than in the deeply personal, often isolating journey of building a family.

Following a decade-long career in corporate marketing, Ashley transitioned into the mental health field in 2019, where infertility and family planning have become the heart of her practice. As a mother herself, she understands firsthand how much this journey can ask of you; physically, emotionally, and in your relationships. She has had the privilege of supporting people through IVF and IUI, egg, sperm, and embryo donation, adoption, and surrogacy, and she's seen how transformative it is to have a therapist who truly gets it, rather than one who's simply well-meaning.

That belief is what led her to establish the Fertility Therapy Collective. Ashley is passionate about connecting women, men, and couples - both cisgender and across the LGBTQ+ spectrum - with highly specialized therapists who understand the complicated, often unspoken challenges of fertility and can walk alongside them with real skill and compassion. No one should have to explain the basics of their grief, of their hope, or of their clinical procedures, to the person who's supposed to be helping support them through it.

Ashley is a values-based, relational therapist. She sees her clients as the experts in their own lives, and her role is to help create the kind of safety and connection where real change becomes possible.
